
Life is full of mix emotions. I've experience it all of late. Many prefer the top three, so did i once. But anger ones cause & get hurt themselves. It's better to take things smoothly, as time is the biggest healer. It is wiser to stick to the bottom three emotions. One should take responsibitity for their actions, whether Right or Wrong. What matters the most is Forgiveness. It is the most important single process that brings peace to our soul and harmony to our life. All of us, at some point in our lives, have been hurt and wounded by the actions or words of another. Sometimes the grievances have been so great we thought, "no way, this I cannot forgive!" Resentment and hostility can run so deep that forgiveness becomes very difficult. We feel we have a right to our indignation.
" If we really want to love, we must learn how to forgive. "
